- Completed orders are NOT eligible for return or exchange.
- If for any reason we are unable to fulfill the order you have paid for, you will be notified in a timely manner and you will receive a full refund of the amount you paid.
- Claims are accepted only at the time of delivery. Therefore, when receiving the parcel and in the presence of an employee of the transport company, make sure that the parcel has not been previously opened, the delivered goods correspond to the order and have no external damage that could have occurred during transportation.
- After the fact of opening the package yourself, claims will not be accepted.
- If you did not pick up the parcel on time and the goods lost their original appearance as a result of long-term storage in unsuitable conditions, this is not a basis for making claims.
