- A completed order is NOT subject to return or exchange.
- If for any reason we are unable to fulfill an order you have paid for, you will be notified in a timely manner and the amount paid will be fully refunded to you.
- Claims are accepted only at the time of delivery. Upon receiving the package and in the presence of the transport company employee, please ensure that the package has not been previously opened, the delivered goods match the order, and there is no external damage that could have occurred during improper transportation.
- Claims will not be accepted after the packaging has been opened by the customer.
- If you do not pick up the package on time and the product loses its original appearance as a result of long-term storage in unsuitable conditions, this is not a ground for making a claim.
