1. Delivery
The iSOAP online store offers you to choose the most convenient delivery option for you.
1. Self-pickup from Batumi
You’re invited to visit our manufacture to pick up you order.
Please check the readiness of your order (see 2.1 and 2.2) and the time of your visit with us in advance before coming.
You must have with you the identification document specified when placing your order.
- Region: Batumi.
- Delivery time: by mutual agreement.
- Cost: free.
2. Delivery to the service center
Delivery is provided by the logistics company Delivo.
You come to the service center of the logistics company and pick up your parcel.
Addresses of service centers can be found on the company website.
- Region: Batumi, Zugdidi, Kutaisi, Poti, Rustavi, Tbilisi, Telavi.
- Delivery time: 1-2 day.
- Cost: 5 GEL.
3. Delivery "to your door"
Delivery is provided by the logistics company Delivo.
The courier delivers the parcel to the address you specified.
Please indicate the correct address and telephone number so that the courier can contact you.
- Region: within Georgia.
- Delivery time: 1-2 day.
- Cost: 10 GEL.
4. Delivery with payment depending on weight
Delivery is provided by the Georgian Post.
Additional information about services, cost calculator and parcel tracker can be found on the website.
- Region: within Georgia.
- Delivery time: within 3-5 working days from the moment of parcel’s dispatch.
- Cost: for parcels up to 2 kg - 14 GEL.
5. Free delivery within Batumi
This delivery method is applicable for orders over 50 GEL and is carried out only within the administrative limits of Batumi. As soon as the product cost is paid, we will contact you by Email or phone in order to discuss the address and delivery time.
You must have with you the identification document specified when placing your order.
- Region: only within the city of Batumi.
- Delivery time: by mutual agreement.
- Cost: free.
6. Another method
This method is used if the delivery address is outside of Georgia, or you want to use some other delivery method.
- Delivery time and cost: depends on the selected delivery service provider and final address.
- Region: unlimited.

The order is prepared within 2 days from the date of payment, excluding weekends and holidays, except for cases when the products are manufactured to order (see 2.2). If it is impossible to complete the order within the specified time frame, you will be informed in advance.

Some products that are made „to order“ require a certain time for production (indicated on the product page), therefore, your order will be shipped after the products are ready.

Please always indicate your real phone number and a valid email address, which you check regularly. This is important so that we can, if necessary, coordinate with you the details of the order and delivery conditions. In addition, reports on the status of your order are automatically sent to the specified email.

Shipping is carried out after payment of the cost of the products and delivery service (if applicable). The shipping fee is not included in the price of the product, it depends on the tariffs of the provider of this service and is charged separately.

If the ordered product has not been paid for within 24 hours, the order will be cancelled.

The shelf life of parcels at the post office is 15 days after receipt, then the parcel is returned to the sender. Re-delivery will have to be paid for again.

3. IMPORTANT!!!

First and Last Name in the “Delivery Address” column must match the identification document that the recipient of the order will represent at the time of delivery. If you fill out this information incorrectly, the parcel may be detained and returned back to the sender.

Re-sending will have to be paid for again.
