APPLICATION

• Recommended water temperature: 37-38°.
• Dissolve 50–100 g of salt in the bath (depending on the volume of water).
• Salt contains dried herbs and other herbal supplements that will float on the surface of the bath water. To avoid this, use a special fabric bag to dissolve and filter the salt, which can be purchased separately.
• Duration of water procedures:
  • Children under 12: 5-15 min.
  • Adults: 15–20 min.
• Rinse in the shower after taking a bath.
